Cancellation & Refund Policy

As Maznica deals in handcrafted and perishable chocolate products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. However, exceptions will be made under the following circumstances:

  • You do not receive your delivery within 96 hours of placing the order.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receivean expired product

 

Maznica reserves the right:

  • To request product identification or supporting images.

Please contact our support team at orders@maznica.com within 24 hours of receiving your order for us to review and assist with your concern. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for review due to the perishable nature of our products.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on standard banking procedures.

Maznica ensures that all products are fresh and within their valid shelf life at the time of dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an expired product, we will issue a gift voucher worth the product value as compensation.

Products that are neither expired nor damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.

For expiry details printed in MM/YY format, please note that the product remains valid until the last day of that month. For example, an expiry date of 01/25 indicates that the product is safe for consumption until 31st January 2025.
